Mr. Silva has been in the golf business for over twelve years. As Director of Operations, he is responsible for oversight of all golf course operations owned and managed by Escalante Golf. Mr. Silva has a special gift for managing all department heads and communicates with all property supervisors on a daily basis in order to keep his finger on the pulse of the business. His ability to understand the unique intricacies of the business coupled with his experience give him the attention to detail for business that today's Director of Operations need. Mr. Silva has a long track record of successfully improving operational efficiencies and profitability at all of our facilities. Mr. Silva also helps with sight analysis of any potential property that we might operate. Mr. Silva has a Business Marketing degree from the University of Oklahoma.
