Mr. McDonald formed Escalante Golf, Inc., in 1991 and is the President of the company. As President, he is responsible for strategic planning for Escalante Golf and its individual facilities. Mr. McDonald has a passion for the industry and to attract the best talent that is available. His unique ability to clearly and persuasively communicate business principles at all levels is what makes him an incredible leader for such a time as this. Mr. McDonald has a natural ability to inspire and encourage all those around him. He also has a business sense to identify opportunities and to help businesses develop new ideas for revenues no matter how difficult the market is. Mr. McDonald has a Business Management degree from the University of Oklahoma.
